Prior to checkout, clients must add the Flight Intake Form (Signature & Luxe Clients Only) and Luxe Experience Intake Form to their cart and submit one form per traveler. This allows flight coordination to be processed correctly for all passengers.
Includes unlimited minor revisions and up to 2 major itinerary revisions during the planning phase.
Minor revisions include hotel swaps within the same destination and activity adjustments.
Major changes (changing destinations, rebuilding itineraries, or altering dates after approval) beyond the included revisions may incur an additional $45 per revision or $50/hour, depending on scope.
