This service is ideal for short trips, solo travelers, or anyone who wants thoughtful planning with ease.
Clients must schedule their consultation in the Appointments section after submitting this intake form to confirm availability for their requested time.
Includes:
• 30-minute discovery call
• Hotel research + booking (complimentary via FORA Travel)
• Basic itinerary outline
• Transportation guidance
• Pre-trip checklist
• Email support throughout planning.
Includes itinerary planning with up to 1 major revision and minor edits (hotel swaps within same destination or activity changes). Hotel bookings include VIP perks when available (room upgrades, early check-in, late checkout, or resort credits).
Additional major changes (new destinations, date changes after approval, or itinerary rebuilds) may incur a $45 revision fee or $50/hour, depending on scope.
